Four tires were slashed in the conservatory parking lot Sunday night

Four Doane students went to their cars late Sunday night to find their tires slashed. 

Chief Steve Hensel said the Crete Police department received multiple reports of the slashed tires on the night of Feb. 9.

According to the Crete Police damaged vehicles report, there were four vehicles involved. All four vehicles involved had their front passenger side tires slashed. 

The Feb. 11, Public Crime Log indicates the slashings occurred between 7 p.m. on Feb. 9, and 12:30 a.m. on Feb. 10. The slashings happened in the Conservatory parking lot.

All of the incidents are still under investigation, Hensel said.
