Women’s Track ready for conference

On Feb. 7, the Tigers traveled to Seward, Nebraska, to compete in the 2025 Concordia Indoor Invite.

Starting off in the 60m was sophomore Neryah Hekl who had a time of 7.65, which placed her first. Placing second was sophomore RaeAnn Thompson who had a time of 7.74, which placed her second.

In the 200m was junior Kat Vogt, who placed first with a time of 25.46, Thompson placed second with a time of 25.80 and placing sixth was junior Morgan Mahoney who had a time of 26.29. In the 400m was sophomore Kiley Hejtmanek, who had a time of 1:00.20, which placed her fourth.

Running in the 600m was Allison Ernst, who had a time of 1:47.12, which placed her sixth. In the 800m was freshman Marissa Miles who had a time of 2:32.00, which placed her fifth.  Placing sixth in the 1000m was junior Maddy Ramey who had a time of 3:17.42.

In the 60m hurdles was freshman Dayle Haake who had a time of 9.53, which placed her fifth. Jumping in the high jump was freshman Katelynn Kratz, who had a mark of 1.55m, placing her second. Having a mark of 1.45m was junior Elenna Koenig which placed fifth and freshman Madison Vogel had a mark of 1.40m, which placed her sixth.

Tying for first in the pole vault was sophomore Kaylee Pribyl, who had a mark of 3.70m, and junior Kennedy Stanley, who also had a mark of 3.70m. Placing fifth was senior Samantha Knapp who had a mark of 3.20m.

Jumping in the triple jump was junior Rosalyn Roggasch who had a mark of 11.50m, placing her first. Placing second was junior Josie Garrett who had a mark of 11.38m.

 Throwing in the shot put was senior Alivia Baucom who had a mark of 14.22m, which placed her first. Placing third was senior Madiosn Sutton who had a mark of 13.95m. Finishing in fifth was freshman Madison Heusinkvelt who had a mark of 13.01m and freshman Grace Dean who had a mark of 12.69m, placing her sixth.

In the weight throw was Sutton who had a mark of 19.18m, placing her second. Placing third was sophomore Kaylie Lotspeich who had a mark of 16.88m, and finishing in sixth was junior Mia Knigge who had a mark of 15.89m.

On Feb. 8, a couple of Tigers went and competed in the 2025 Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational over in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Running in the  4x400m was Vogt, sophomore Chaney Nelson, Hejtmanek and junior Danie Parriott, who placed seventh with a time of 3:53.17. Also in the Women’s Triple Jump was junior Kyla Davis who had a mark of 10.93m which placed her seventh.

On Feb. 14, the Tigers will be traveling to Mitchell, South Dakota to compete in the GPAC Championships.
