Women’s Golf
The Women’s Golf team competed in the Concordia Invite in Lincoln, Nebraska, last Tuesday and Wednesday where they ended with a score of 635, which placed them first.
Tying for second was junior Kaitlyn Dumler, who had an 80 on day one, and a 76 on day two, making her final individual score 156. Following behind Dumler, was freshman Connie Jarm, who tied for third with a 76 on day one and a 81 on day two. Finishing up in the top five was freshman Liala Saunders, who placed fifth with a 79 on day one and an 80 on day two, for a total score of 163.
Next up, the Tigers will be competing in the Kaitlyn Erickson Doane Invite in Lincoln, Nebraska, on April 14 and 15.

Softball
The Softball team was defeated by Bellevue University last Wednesday by a score of 3-5.
Pitching for this game were junior Faith McDonald, senior Hannah Kline, freshman Bri True and junior Faith Molina. McDonald had three strikeouts, Molina had two and Kline had one.
Switching over to the offensive side, senior Anna Prauner was at bat three times, had one hit and scored one run. Senior Grace Dowding went 2 for 3 with one run scored. Sophomore Jeryn Allen also scored a run.
Next up, the Tigers will be competing in a double-header against Midland University at Fremont, Nebraska, with the first game beginning at 4 p.m.

Baseball
The Baseball team defeated Morningside in a double-header yesterday by scores of 14-1 and 2-1.
In game 1, Johnny Vulcano (3-4, 3 RBIs) and Max Harris (2-4, 4 RBIs) led the way offensively for the Tigers. Pitcher Raidyn Steele (W, 4-3) pitched six innings and struck out one.
In game 2, Brayden Jones and Jordan Bond both knocked in a run in a low-scoring affair. Riley Plummer (W, 5-0) pitched six innings and struck out four. Ethan Merk picked up the save.
Last Thursday, the Baseball team defeated Dordt University in a double-header by scores of 6-5 and 6-0.
Pitching for the first game were junior Kaden Crawford and senior Raidyn Steele. During the game, Crawford had nine strikeouts, while Steele struck out two. Senior Johnny Vulcano was 3 for 7 with two runs batted in (RBI). Senior Logan Amick was 2 for 5 with two runs scored.
Transitioning into their second game, pitching for this game were sophomores Riley Plummer (W, 4-0), Ethan Merk and Cade Bridges. Plummer had seven strikeouts in the win. On the offensive side, senior Aaron Vulcano was 3 for 4 with one run scored, and Amick scored two more runs during this game.
Next up, the Tigers will be taking on Morningside University in another double-header with the first game beginning at 1 p.m. on April 7.
