On Oct. 19, Lakeside hosted a highly anticipated Big Bucks Bingo, kicking off at 9:00 p.m. sharp with over 500$ worth of prizes. Students who attended were treated to Raising Canes meals.
The event started with three rounds featuring prizes like detergent, deodorant, dryer sheets, and Oreos for anyone who completed a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line on their Bingo cards.
As the game advanced, the stakes grew higher. Players who marked all four corners of their cards won Sony wireless headphones. The next prize given was a JBL speaker which was awarded to those who achieved a blackout in the game.
The night concluded with two grand prizes: a 32” and a 42” TV both requiring full card blackouts. To finish the night, senior Jiabao Wu took home the final prize, a 42” LED TV, capping off an unforgettable evening.
