
On Feb. 7, the Tigers traveled to Seward, Nebraska, to compete in the Concordia Indoor Invite.
Starting off in the 60m receiving first was senior Dalton Whisenhunt who had a time of 6.96. Placing second was senior Jadae Moore who had a time of 6.98 and finishing off in the fourth was sophomore Daniel Concepcion who had a time of 7.10.
In the 200m was junior Caleb Mulder who placed first with a time of 22.79, along with Concepcion who placed second having a time of 22.95. Finishing up in third was sophomore Devon Jackson who had a time of 23.03.
Running in the 400m was junior Jonathan Zoubek who had a time of 51.79, which placed him fourth. In the 600m was sophomore Parker Gaston who had a time of 1:25.58, which placed him third. Placing fourth with a time of 1:25.78 was sophomore Nate O’Brien and having a time of 1:26.69 was junior Dakota Miser.
Doane placed first and second in the 800, with junior Emmanuel Yego who had a time of 1:59.42 and freshman Alex Fowler who had a time of 2:00.11, securing top-placements. Placing in the top four in the 1000m was junior Michael Grigsby who had a time of 2:32.39, freshman Porter Bickley who had a time of 2:34.87, junior Will Dawes who had time of 2:36.11 and senior Thomas Oliver who had a time of 2:38.11.
In the 60m hurdles was sophomore Zachary Fox, who had a time of 8.38, which placed him fourth. The distance medley relay team consisted of Bickley, Moore, sophomore Eli Marez and Grigsby who had a time of 10:12.99, which placed them first.
Competing in the pole vault was senior Drew Garrison who had a mark of 4.45m which placed him second and placing fifth was sophomore Ashton Pulliam who had a mark of 4.15m.
Placing third in the long jump was sophomore Michael Willey who had a mark of 6.66m and finishing in fifth was freshman Callan McKinney who had a mark of 6.48m. Also jumping in the triple jump was McKinney who had a mark of 13.73m, which placed him second and placing third was senior Sam Boldt who had a mark of 13.27m. Finishing up sixth was senior Ben Renshaw who had a mark of 12.65m.
Throwing in the shot put was junior Cale Bessler who had a mark of 15.92m, which placed him third. Placing the top three in the weight throw was senior Trey Dicky who had a mark of 19.19m, junior Andrew Schmitz who had a mark of 18.59m and sophomore Jaden Vollenweider who had a mark of 17.96m.
On Feb. 8, some of the Tigers went and competed in the 2025 Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Running in the 400m was senior Zach Turner who had a time of 47.49, which placed him third. Also running in the 60m Hurdles was Turner, who placed first with a time of 7.82, and freshman Andrew Brown who had a time of 8.15, placing him fifth. Turner not only broke the indoor 400m record, he also lowered his own 60m hurdles record.
Running in the 4×400 relay was junior Joaquin Gutierrez, junior Caleb Mulder, Brown, and Turner who had a time of 3:14.62, which placed them fourth.
On Feb. 14, the Tigers will be traveling to Mitchell, South Dakota, to compete in the GPAC Championships.
